Delivery time

The delivery time is normally 1–3 business days. If an item has a different delivery time, it will be specified for that particular item. If the delivery time is longer than stated, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your purchase.

Unclaimed packages

Your items remain at your pickup location for 7 days. Unclaimed items are returned to us. For all packages not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping, return shipping, and a handling fee of 150 SEK.
