Terms of purchase

Applicability

By completing an order, you enter into an agreement with BjårnTech and accept the terms of sale.

Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the checkout, the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment will be displayed.
Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel the customer's order in the event of obvious pricing mistakes, changes in laws, or other unforeseen changes.

Shipping terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) applies for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clearly stated that you are withdrawing. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the product or a significant part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made product – or a product that has a distinct personal touch, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:

The service has begun during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market (such as a stock), the item cannot be returned due to its nature, or the seal on audio or video recordings or computer software has been broken. Seal also refers to technical sealing.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the item in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course you may carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence on your part, you lose the right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return, and they should therefore be sent well-packaged in their original packaging.

Warranties and complaints

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. You also have the right to file a complaint under Swedish law for 3 years in the case of original defects.
If you unexpectedly experience problems with any of our products, we encourage you to contact us even after the 1-year warranty period has expired. We may be able to provide spare parts or repairs in one way or another. For warranty cases, we will of course repair or replace the product free of charge!
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered. If we are unable to correct the issue or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Product usage scope

All our vehicle products are intended for motorsport use on enclosed tracks, and BjårnTech cannot take responsibility for use on public roads.

Limitation of liability

We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.

Deliveries

The delivery time within Sweden for items in stock is normally 1–3 business days. If an item has a different delivery time, it will be specified for that particular item. If the delivery time is longer than stated, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your purchase. If your delivery is delayed and you have not been informed by us, you should contact us.

Unclaimed packages

Your items remain at your pickup location for 7 days. Unclaimed items are returned to us. For all packages not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping, return shipping, and a handling fee of 150 SEK.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not as cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we cover the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.

Refund obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days from the day we received the item or, in the case of a service, the notice of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the item back. We always cover the return cost for sending back replacement items.
